We make the process simple and compassionate so you can focus on what matters most. Here’s how Janazah Fund Administrators supports you during your time of need:
- Step 1: Apply online, by phone, or in person with our consultants to start your funeral cover application.
- Step 2: Apply for a funeral policy through one of our agents, complete the Janazah Fund Administrators application along with the Private Janazah Support Agreement.
- Step 3: Upon internal approval of the claim, the Janazah Support - Loan Agreement is to be signed by you or your designated beneficiary. Thereafter, 60% of the insured amount will be disbursed within one hour to cover immediate funeral or Janazah-related costs.
- Step 4: Once all required documents have been received, we will proceed to submit the official claim to the provider. The claim will be processed within 24–48 hours, after which the full coverage amount will be paid directly to you or the designated beneficiary. You will then settle the corresponding amount with us in accordance with our agreement.
